Ranju Vatsa, founder and President of CoYo, Inc., is an independent educational coach and planner with a track record spanning 10 years in helping teenaged kids achieve their goals. Over the past 25 years she has also worked as a senior leader and management consultant for various fortune 100 companies and is known for turning around failing programs and leading teams to successful execution. She merged her passion for successful execution with her love for working with kids in striving to cultivate the next generation of high-achieving young adults. Being a mother of two young kids, Ranju helped her own kids to aim high and achieve, and then helped many other teenaged students navigate high school and college admissions process. Her son is currently a junior at Harvard College and her daughter, a senior at BASIS Scottsdale, has committed to Harvard for the upcoming fall.

Ranju is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she received her MBA degree. She also holds MS in Computer Science and BE in Electronics Engineering.
